Return Policy

Please read the following return policy prior to purchasing any products or services from us.  If you have any questions, please contact our office.

We offer a 10 day money-back guarantee on all books, CDs and home-study products, less a 10% restocking fee.  There are no refunds on shipping, software or digital downloads.

 Any request for a return must be made by phone 10 calendar days from receipt of product.

1.    Before returning a product, the customer must  obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (R.M.A.N.).  The R.M.A.N. can be obtained by calling 1-512-272-7002 between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.

2.    All returns must display the R.M.A.N. on the outside of the returned package. All valid returns must include the product in resalable condition with the CD seal unbroken. All packages must be sent to us Return Receipt through the U.S. Postal Service or signature required through a recognized carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) within TEN (10) DAYS of the issuance of an R.M.A.N.  The Powerful Investor will not be held responsible for lost items and will not issue a credit in such case.  The product must be received within 10 calendar days of the issued R.M.A.N.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in returning the product.  The customer must make every effort to package the item well to  avoid damage during shipping.  Any item returned without an R.M.A.N. will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.  The refund on an authorized return will be issued within 10 business days of receipt.

3.    For products authored by one of our joint venture partners, please contact them for their product return policy and return address.  This information is normally included in their product package.  You may contact us if you’re having problems locating their contact information.  We will be happy to assist you.
