All materials you buy are licensed to End Users and shall not be sold.  Your license is nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, limited and for use only for you, the end user, and you only.  Your purchase of digital downloads is an agreement to these terms.

You may download one audio file to one personal computer.  You may play the audio file an unlimited number of times on your personal computer.  No other downloads, transfers, copies or uses of digital downloads are permitted.  All other rights are reserved. As a condition of purchasing each digital download, you represent to ThePowerfulInvestor.com that you understand and agree to the limited use rules.

The digital audio downloads are sublicensed for play only upon approved electronic devices.   You may also transfer files to a lightweight device that receives and stores digital audio files, and plays them back in analog form.  These lightweight devices may not be used to transfer files.  ThePowerfulInvestor.com does not warrant that the downloaded file will be compatible with any CD burner or any CD player.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or disable any copy protection or use limitation systems associated with any of the digital downloads. You may not upload any of the digital downloads to the Internet.  You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThePowerful Investor.com for your failure to comply with the rules set forth in our Terms of Use document.
